Terms of use

Pocday is an app that remembers days worth celebrating. You install it, you use it, it is yours. The terms below say what we take on and what we do not.

What you get

The right to use the app on your own phones, personally, for as long as you like. The free version has the limits listed on the main page; Pro lifts them, with a single payment and no subscription.

Payment

Pocday Pro is bought through Google Play, once. Refunds are requested through Google Play under their rules — we have no access to payments and cannot process them.

Your data

The data you write belongs to you and stays on your phone. We have no access to it and cannot recover it if you lose it. You make the backup yourself — see Privacy for how that works.

What we do not guarantee

The app is provided as it is. We do our best to make reminders arrive on time, but delivering a notification depends on the operating system, battery saving settings and the phone manufacturer — none of which we control. We take no responsibility for a missed birthday.

Changes

We may change the app and these terms. If we change something important, we update this page and the date below.
